Due to a change in his personal circumstances, Dillet will be spending more time abroad throughout the year, which means that he will not be able to fully commit to being available for every game and training session throughout the coming season.
He therefore felt it was in the best interests of the men’s performance squad and the club that he steps away from the role, allowing the club to recruit a new coach for the 2023/2024 season.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank Dillet for his dedicated service to the men’s performance squad over recent years. He was the driving force behind getting the men’s 1s back into the National League and has been responsible for guiding the team to play a very creative and entertaining brand of hockey.
Not only has he provided us with the opportunity to enjoy watching a number of international hockey players play for the club, he has also played a major role in giving a large number of our younger players the chance to step up into the performance squad to play National League hockey whilst still playing youth hockey.
Thank You, Dillet
