3. Our development
With Shenarda Dedic taking the role of Head of Development this 2023/2024 season, we provide internal and externally sourced education for our volunteer coaches, which can be dipped in and out of when coaches have time. The development programme continues to flourish, be creative whilst keeping our world class foundations at the core.
We have started the annual event “the Big Tangerine Takeover”, where our performance squad players take over our youth training to inspire, whilst volunteer coaches are upstairs with biscuits and tea talking through concepts and ideas. We have also thrown in a couple of coaches socials too.
We know our coaches have very busy lives, and we appreciate the time they give to our club, we continue to learn about how to best support the coaching team and always open to new suggestions.
